About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer who can carry a project from a blank brief to a client-approved deliverable without hand-holding. You will design across the full range of agency work: marketing websites and landing pages, brand identity and logo systems, and the ad creative that runs on our paid and social campaigns.

Senior means senior. You will set the creative direction for brands and campaigns, present your own work to clients, defend design decisions with reasoning instead of taste alone, review work from the rest of the team, and set the standard for what leaves the building. AI is part of how we work: we expect you to be fluent in modern AI design tools and to know exactly where they belong in a professional workflow and where they do not.

What You Need

Three things we will not compromise on.

Everything we ship passes through design, so you need senior-level depth in all three.

01

Web & Digital Design

Marketing sites, landing pages, and email designs that convert. Strong grasp of responsive layout, UX fundamentals, and what developers need to build it right.

02

Brand & Identity

Logo systems, typography, and visual identities with a defensible concept behind them. You can build a brand from scratch and keep an existing one coherent.

03

Ad & Social Creative

Scroll-stopping creative for Meta, Google, and organic social. You design for the placement, the audience, and the conversion, not just the portfolio.

You will also need

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, agency or in-house, with a portfolio that shows range across web, brand, and campaign work
  • Creative direction ability: you can define a visual direction from a brief, sell it to the client, and hold a project to it through revisions
  • Working fluency with AI design tools (image generation, vectorization, upscaling) and the judgment to art-direct and finish AI output to a professional standard
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong presentation skills; you will walk clients through your work and own the room
  • Typography and layout fundamentals sharp enough to teach them to others
  • Organized file hygiene and handoff habits; developers should never have to guess
What You Will Do
  • Design marketing websites and landing pages from wireframe through polished, developer-ready handoff
  • Create and evolve brand identities: logo systems, typography, color, and usage guidelines clients can actually follow
  • Produce ad creative for paid social and display campaigns, built to convert and sized for every placement
  • Present concepts and revisions directly to clients, and turn vague feedback into concrete design direction
  • Set creative direction for brands and campaigns: define the concept, mood, and visual system before production starts, and keep every deliverable on it
  • Review and art-direct work from other designers and contractors to keep quality and brand coherence high
  • Direct AI-assisted production: write and refine generation prompts, art-direct AI imagery to brand standards, and finish outputs to a professional bar
  • Work with our developers so designs ship faithfully: realistic specs, organized files, responsive behavior considered up front
  • Manage multiple projects at once and hit deadlines without sacrificing craft
Nice to Have

None of these are required, but they will move you up the list:

  • Motion design experience (After Effects, Rive, or GSAP-based web animation)
  • Experience designing within WordPress and modern headless/Next.js build constraints
  • Video editing or short-form content creation ability
  • Experience mentoring junior designers
